Countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention will receive an Apostille. For countries that are not members, they will receive a State certificate.
The following 116 countries are members of the Hague Apostille Convention and will require an Apostille from the Secretary of the State or the US Department of State in Washington, DC.

The following countries are non-members of the Hague Apostille Convention and any document requested by these countries will receive a certification. Please note that some of the countries listed below may require additional legalization by a Consulate or Embassy office and may require multiple steps to complete:

Documents that can be e-mailed or mailed to us for Apostille Services:
Any documents that you received from the Federal level that you received by e-mail.
Any documents that do not require the document to be original for an Apostille service.
Any documents that do not require Notarization.
Documents that have been certified as a true copy only can be physically mailed to our office.
Documents that must be brought to our office for Apostille Services:
Documents that require Notarization, With or without a witness, Note: Additional charges will apply for witness and notary services.
For any documents that require a certified true copy, Note: Additional charges will apply.
For any documents that require an original document for Apostille service.
Please Note: Any document that has not been Notarized by our office will incur an additional charge of $10.00 per Notarized document.
We do not accept Notarized documents from any Notary Public whose commission expires six months prior to bringing the documents to our office for Apostille services.
Please Read Carefully
As soon as you know that you need an Apostille, do not wait because it can be a lengthy process.
We will not tell you that you will receive your Apostille back in two days, that would be an untrue statement.
For example: authentications from the U.S. Department of State "Federal" will take up to 11 weeks from the time they receive it. All other states may vary, for example: Louisiana can take up to 7 weeks.
We will not tell you there is such a thing as expedited Apostille services and inflate our prices for such a service.
As soon as your Apostille comes in we will notify you immediately and deliver your documents per your instructions.
